L’Auberge is a family affair. Founded in 1978, it was passed on in 2011 to Esther and Thomas, who took up the torch with the same passion for their craft and a desire to keep this place—which is so dear to them—alive.
Staying true to the spirit of the house, they breathed new life into it by creating a more modern and contemporary space, while preserving what has always made it famous: “Traditional cuisine with a modern twist.”
Generous and passionate, they love to play with textures, flavors, and colors, and to imagine new ways to present dishes and share meals—all with creativity and sincerity.
